Extravaganza (Karen Armstrong x Louise Clarke) is a second generation mini-Catasetum. These produce large flowers on small, easy-to-bloom plants, with really nice flower color and shape. 'SVO Spotted Beauty' has amazing flower quality, and the spotting is fantastic! Crossing it to the small-growing Dentigrianum will keep plant size down and assure boldly spotted flowers 2-3 times a season. We are now into the 3rd generation of mini-Catasetum breeding, and the quality of these is new hybrids is amazing.
