Standard winter packaging

Standard winter packaging includes:

• paper wrapping with protective cushioning material;
• bubble-wrap insulation;
• additional insulation with metallised Termoizol polyethylene foam;
• a shipping box when the order is sent by Nova Poshta.

Packaging

Drawing on more than ten years of experience shipping plants, we package each order to provide suitable transport conditions for the season and plant type.

The online shop is not responsible for the safety of a parcel in transit because transportation depends entirely on the carrier and shipping conditions.

Important

In rare cases, Phalaenopsis plants may react poorly to transportation or a change in growing conditions. Even a completely healthy plant can develop severe or fatal symptoms because of stress.
