- Orders can be dispatched only after full payment.
- Cash on delivery is not available.
- Orders are packed and dispatched Monday through Wednesday.
- Orders are sent by Nova Poshta from Bila Tserkva.
- The recipient pays Nova Poshta delivery charges.
- Courier delivery is available through Nova Poshta address delivery. Enter the full address in the order comment.
- To prevent damage to plants, the shop may postpone dispatch until temperatures are suitable.
- The shop does not call customers before dispatch.
- A paid order is sent on the next dispatch day according to its place in the packing queue.
- Several paid orders belonging to one customer may be sent in one parcel.
