Payment
- Pay online by Visa, MasterCard or PROSTIR bank card through the Hutko payment system.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
- A successful payment is credited instantly.
- An electronic fiscal receipt is issued.
- You do not need to enter bank details, confirm payment with a receipt or notify the shop about the payment.
- Orders are dispatched only after full payment.
- Cash on delivery is not available.
- Other payment methods are not accepted.
After the order is confirmed, a payment page is created in the payment system. Orchids.ua sends the payment link by SMS to the customer's phone and by email when an email address was provided at checkout.
Registered customers can also pay for a confirmed order from their account.
Important: the payment link and order reservation remain valid for 3 days. An unpaid order is cancelled when this period expires.
Refunds
Under the Civil Code of Ukraine, flowers and plants cannot be exchanged or returned because they are perishable goods.
